The Chase Theatre Company was formed in August 2003 by Denis Steer, Clare Gollop and Mo Lawton and ‘Agnes of God’ was its first production in November 2003. 

Their successes since Agnes of God are: 
Allo Allo - Aug '04, The Heiress Nov '04, Chase-in-Cabaret Jan '05, Importance of Being Earnest May '05 and The Deep Blue Sea Sept '05, Stepping Out Feb '06,  Abigail's Party Oct '06, The Innocents Feb/March '07 & Dad's Army October 2007.

The principal object of the company is the presentation of all forms of theatre with emphasis on plays of proven dramatic value.  This is a very exciting time for the CTC.
